  1. What makes Joyce’s LuLu Bang sauce different from other gourmet sauces on the market? What would you say is the number one difference?

 Joyce’s Lulu Bang sauces gained national recognition because of their distinct flavors. Lulu Bang sauces should not be classified as “just another BBQ sauce” but rather a food enhancer. The reason is because each sauce enhances the flavor of any foods you eat. Unlike most sauces that are gum and water based, Joyce’s Lulu Bang sauces are all sauce, no fillers. Joyce’s Lulu Bang sauces are amazingly different because they are not relegated to one food group but rather, any sauce can be used on any type of food, whether it’s meat, salads, seafood, potatoes or rice, and the great thing about Lulu Bang products is that all of them are gluten free and vegan friendly.   1. Are your sauces sweet?

Yes! LuLu Bang BBQ Fusion is the base for all of our flavors and has a sweet undertone. So while each of our flavors are diverse, as you venture away from the original, know that they all have a sweetness that adds to its flavor. Our Joyce’s Lulu Bang Sauces are all guaranteed to enhance the flavor of any of your favorite foods, whether it’s fish, chicken, or beef, pasta, rice or salads. We are confident that we have crafted the right combination of herbs and spices to enrich your favorite dishes and leave your family members, friends and guests wanting more!

  1. Are any of the sauces Gluten Free?

Yes. LuLu Bang BBQ Fusion, LuLu Bang Bourbon and LuLu Bang Its Just Hot are all gluten free. 

  1. What is the difference between LuLu Bang sauces and other sauces on the market? What are the ingredients? 

Unlike other sauces, LuLu Bang is not specific to one market. LuLu Bang sauces are the ultimate food enhancer for any meal. From seafood, poultry, pork and steak, to rice, pasta, salads and potatoes, LuLu Bang is able to bring the flavor out of any meal. 

  1. What is the shelf life of ‘LuLu Bang'?

The shelf life of our products is between 15 to 18 months unopened. The sauces can last up to a year when properly refrigerated after opening.

  1. Does LuLu Bang need to be refrigerated? 

Yes, All flavors of LuLu Bang should be refrigerated after opening.

  1. After I place my order of LuLu Bang, how long will it be until I receive it?

Under normal circumstances, orders will process within 7-10 business days. If the product is out of stock, please allow additional time for processing. Please note that processing is the time it takes for your order to leave our fulfillment center, not the amount of time it takes to be delivered to your door. You will receive an email when your order ships out with complete tracking information. However, as a result of the extraordinary volume of orders received in the response to our recent appearance on ABC's "Shark Tank" we temporarily switch to the more realistic 'As Seen on TV' standard of 4-6 week processing timeframe during peak times. During peak times, we work as quickly as possible to get back to our regular order processing time, but please keep in mind that while we hope never to hit the 4-6 week processing mark, increased volume such as during sales promotions, holiday sales, response to future TV appearances, new product introductions, etc will increase our order processing time.

  1. What if my product is damaged?

Our general policy is to provide a product exchange if your product arrives damaged.  It is very unlikely that your product will arrive damaged because your product is shipped in extremely durable plastic and we take such care to package your product well,  but it is possible that on very rare occasions, your order may become damaged during shipment.  If this should occur, be sure to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package and we will replace your order as soon as possible. To expedite the replacement process, which includes filing a claim with our shipper, please email a picture of your damaged package to joyces.cuisine@gmail.com and include 'Damaged Bottle" in the subject line. 

  1. What is your refund policy?

ALL orders for LuLu Bang are FINAL sale and not refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. As a small growing business, we do not have a liberal taste and return policy like some larger retailers. 

  1. What if I want to cancel my order or switch a product after I have placed it?

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed after they are placed. Orders are submitted directly to our fulfillment center, so they can get processed and shipped out to you as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot make cancellations or changes.
  1. How much is shipping?

We use USPS or FedEx as our preferred shipper for domestic packages and USPS for International packages. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and how far away you are. To find your exact shipping cost, place the items you would like to order in your shopping cart, continue on to the next step in the checkout process, and enter your address. We are continuously working on trying to obtain lower cost shipping options as well. International customers are responsible for any duty/taxes/fees their government may charge.
  1. Are there retail locations where I can buy LuLu Bang

 Yes! LuLu Bang is currently for sale in Bob Appetite, Super Walmart locations across the North East and Shoprite locations in Philadelphia, PA. You can always purchase LuLu Bang online as well. We are always interested in adding more retail partners, so if you know of or own a retail location that would like to carry LuLu Bang, please send an email to us at joyces.cuisine@gmail.com and include in the subject line that you would like to be a vendor.

  1. The product that I want to order says "out of stock" or "back-order" what does that mean?

If you order a product that is out of stock or on back order, this just means that it will take slightly longer to process your order because we need to get it back in stock before we can ship it to you. The time it takes for us to get products back in stock is variable, due to the availability of our bottles and other materials, etc.

What should I do if my question is not answered by these FAQs or if I have a problem?
